Billing

Master Table

The master billing table displays containers. The "Ready for Billing" filter is applied by default, as only containers in this status are eligible for invoicing.

To generate an invoice, select a "Ready for Billing" container and click Generate Invoice.

The new invoice appears in the Invoiced tab. This view provides per-container and per-miner breakdowns, and allows data export in CSV format.

The billing section is also accessible via the Work Order Dashboard Billing tab.

Services

Locate the Services link within the Pricing sidebar section. This page allows for the management of all available services for Repair Requests and Work Orders. It displays core services (mandatory and unremovable) alongside custom services. Default pricing can be set for each service, which can be overridden during Repair Request creation.

TIP

When creating a Service, an icon assignment is required. Choose any icon from Material Symbols or Material Design Icons and select it by name from the dropdown. Alternatively, type text directly into the selection box to view matching suggestions. This icon is used to visually list performed services on miners.

Service names and icons can be updated at any time.

Repair Charges

Adjacent to the Services menu entry is the Repair Charges page. This interface manages repair charges per Part Type supported by the Repair Center.
