Billing
Master table
The master billing table will display containers. "Ready for Billing" filter is applied by default since the containers in this status are eligible to be invoiced.
To generate an invoice, select a "Ready for Billing" container and click Generate Invoice.
You'll see the new invoice in the Invoiced tab, where you can look at the per-container and per-miner breakdown, and export the data in CSV format.
You can also access the Work Order's billing section from the Work Order Dashboard Billing tab.
Services
Under the pricing sidebar section, you'll find a link to the Services page. Here you can view and manage all available services for Repair Requests and Work Orders. The page displays core services (which are mandatory and cannot be deleted) along with any additional services you've created. For each service, you can set default pricing, which can later be overridden when creating a Repair Request.
TIP
When creating a Service, you'll be asked to assign an icon to it. You can choose any icon from the Material Symbols or Material Design Icons and select it by its name on the dropdown. You can also just write out text in the select box and get suggestions matching that text directly. This icon will later be conveniently used when listing performed services on miners.
You can always update their names and icons later.
Repair Charges
By the Services menu entry, you'll find a link to the similar-looking Repair Charges page. Here you can manage the repair charges per Part Type supported by your Repair Center in a very similar fashion.
